Spark Christchurch New Build
Cequent Projects is delighted to announce Spark NZ as the anchor tenant for a striking new building in central Christchurch. Located on the old BNZ House site at 2 Cathedral Square, the building’s large public atrium will link Cathedral Square with Hereford Street, helping to create an atmospheric, dynamic space. Expected to be completed in 2019, the 5-storey building will combine commercial, retail and hospitality tenancies, set over a basement car park. The structural design for the building will include base isolation, delivering a high level of seismic resilience in the event of earthquakes.
