Christchurch City Council - LTP
Cequent were appointed the Project leader for the major community projects budgeting for Christchurch City Council’s Long Term Plan amendment 2012. The major community projects recommended and approved budget was $767 million, comprising of ten projects including Christchurch art gallery, QEII & Centennial pool replacement, Christchurch town hall, Christchurch central library, AMI stadium, central city car parks and Hornby service centre.

Christchurch Art Gallery
One of New Zealand’s most iconic structures, this was the largest civic project completed in the last 23 years. Cequent Managing Director Caleb Ballin led the tender evaluation and contract award process on this project. He worked on site for 2.5 years from November 2000 co-ordinating the design and construction teams.
